When we started our Kansas operation in 2010 we decided to test the waters with just a few hunters. Well, we had such a great response that we are now going wide open in 2011!
We have acquired 31 pieces of property and they are the cream of the crop for that region and are always looking for more to make out operation better all the time.
The main house is in Stafford which is the central hub for all our hunting operations. Our properties are from Stafford to Medicine Lodge.  In having our main operation in Stafford we are unlike most other outfitters in Kansas as we pride ourselves on not having a lot of hunters in camp at one time. This gives Briley Outfitting a more laid back camp atmosphere and also lets our clients know we don’t put a lot of pressure on our properties which gives everyone a higher chance of harvesting quality deer.
Because Kansas offers huge body weights and large racks we strive to maintain good herd management. So in saying that we have a rule of no deer harvested less than 130 inches. Any deer scoring under 130 will be assessed a $500 penalty. Our staff will measure the deer and their measurement score is final.
Because of our management practices of the herd, we will only be doing 8 muzzleloader hunts, 16 archery hunts, and 10 rifle hunts for the entire season.
